MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER
Flesh + Swerve + Homeowner + The Drive
Pioneers of ‘SnotPop’, a genre they have christened as a snotty, smutty new wave of Britpop with splashes of Madchester beats, Grunge and cast-iron Heavy-Metal dual guitar solos, Manchester based quartet Flesh have gained a strong fan base after supporting the likes of Peace, DMAs and appearing at festivals such as Tramlines and Dot to Dot Festival.

SATURDAY 3RD OCTOBER
DIY Presents The Neu Tour ft. Inheaven + Vant + The Big Moon
This October sees the launch of the very first DIY Presents the Neu Tour, where three of the UK’s most exciting new bands will take to the stage. London-based newcomers VANT, INHEAVEN and The Big Moon will perform eleven very special dates across some of the UK’s major cities – landing in Birmingham at The Sunflower Lounge on Saturday 3rd October.

MONDAY 5TH OCTOBER
Baby Strange + Catholic Action + Frank
Since emerging with the brilliantly dark ‘Pure Evil’ in 2013, Glasgow three-piece Baby Strange have toured with the likes of Palma Violets, Swim Deep and Iceage, as well as playing festival shows at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Glasgow and Brighton’s Great Escape Festival. In recent months Baby Strange have completed a raucous UK tour with Slaves and released new single ‘California Sun’.

FRIDAY 9TH OCTOBER
Frankie and The Heartstrings + Byron Hare
Having announced news of their third album Decency, Frankie and the Heartstrings are set to release the first single from the album. ‘Think Yourself Lucky’ accompanied by a somewhat tongue-in-cheek video through Pop Sex Ltd.

FRIDAY 30TH OCTOBER
Broken Hands + Get Inuit + Lime
Canterbury’s Broken Hands debut album, Turbulence, combines the crunchy riffage of Black Sabbath, the cosmic hedonism of Primal Scream and an unbridled energy which is completely their own. Current single ‘Meteor’ has already received incredible support from BBC Radio 1, XFM and BBC Radio 6Music. Having recently performed alongside Blur, and shared stages with the likes of Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones and Band of Skulls, Broken Hands call at The Sunflower Lounge Birmingham on Friday 30th October.

THURSDAY 5TH NOVEMBER
C Duncan + special guests
Lo-fi folkster C Duncan, who has previously supported Belle and Sebastian & Admiral Fallow, announces a UK tour to coincide with the release of his forthcoming LP. The pieces that make up his debut LP are formed from lush choral harmonies and acoustic instrumentation, textured like contemporary dreampop and all recorded at home in Glasgow on his bedroom studio setup.

Hatcham Social + The Lizards
London DIY outfit Hatcham Social return with their fourth album The Birthday of the World, and an accompanying headline show at The Sunflower Lounge, Birmingham. Never a band to fall neatly into a scene or formula they have constantly reinvented and evolved with each release. From lo-fi bedroom pop cassettes, to post-punk shards and poetry, short films, girl-boy rock ‘n’ roll, and drug fuelled dark folk-tinged psychedelia.
