Canterbury’s Broken Hands debut album, Turbulence, combines the crunchy riffage of Black Sabbath, the cosmic hedonism of Primal Scream and an unbridled energy which is completely their own. Produced by Tom Dalgety (Royal Blood, The Maccabees, Turbowolf), Turbulence is out 9th October 2015 via So Recordings.

Current single ‘Meteor’ has already received incredible support from BBC Radio 1, XFM and BBC Radio 6Music – with the track winning Steve Lamacq’s Rebel Playlist, earning it a play on every daytime BBC Radio 6Music show for the next week.

Having recently performed at Hyde Park alongside Blur, and sharing stages with the likes of Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones and Band of Skulls, Broken Hands are out on the road this Autumn in support of their debut album, calling in at The Sunflower Lounge Birmingham on Friday 30th October.

Plus support from GET INUIT

From the sunny streets of the South East of England, Get Inuit play dirty indie guitar pop. The band spent 2014 fine-tuning their fuzzed-out live show in support of such heavyweights as Slaves, PUP and DZ Deathrays, though never losing sight of the earworm pop sensibility they hold so dear.

Named as one of XFM’s Great X-Pectations for 2015, the debut EP 001 was released in February of 2015 on Alcopop Records, and single ‘Mean Heart’ shortly followed in May, gaining radio play across the board from Huw Stephens and Annie Mac to Greg James and an XFM playlisting. Latest EP Luge Lessons is due out on Alcopop the 16th October.

LimePlus support from LIME

Lime are a hotly-tipped new three piece from the West Midlands that wear their sound on their sleeve. Bringing a certain raucousness and energy to their live shows, Lime are a band that combine exceptionally catchy hooks along with hard hitting riffs and a certain punk ethos to create their own unique sound.
