Up and coming Liverpool band N¥TCLUB released their new single ‘Drive’ on Friday 17th February. The band burst onto Soundcloud late last year with their debut track ‘Dressed Up’. Backed by BBC Introducing and Radio 1’s Phil Taggart, the track set out what N¥TCLUB are all about big, synth-pop choruses and ear-worming hooks.
Subsequent online releases have seen the band supported by the likes of Janice Long, Dave Monks, Amazing Radio, Radio X and many more, and seen them embark on a UK headline tour. They have supported the likes of Fickle Friends, Clean Cut Kid and Huntar, stormed London’s KOKO with an arousing Club NME performance, hit the UK Viral Top 50 on Spotify with the anthemic ‘Call Your Friends’, and had their music synced across UK TV.
New single ‘Drive’, produced by Rich Turvey (Blossoms, Cabbage, The Coral), marks a progression in this young band’s sound, journey and ambition, brilliantly pairing iconic electronic hooks with all the raw power and energy of their explosive live performances.
N¥TCLUB play The Sunflower Lounge Birmingham on Thurs 18th April 2017. Tickets available here.
